Depth and sensitivity characterize Michael’s unmistakable style. Over the course of his career, Michael has captured the essence of everything from architectural spaces, noted personalities, to beauty and fashion products.

In 2010, Michael channeled his talent toward a personal project titled, ‘An Afternoon With…’ The ongoing web based series captures the lives and homes of New York’s creative class and has garnered him a global audience. “The natural imagery evokes a sense of ambiguity that resonates with each inhabitant, their environment as well as the viewer.” This marks Michael’s fascination with the interconnected nature of the human condition – “Every picture is a portrait – be it a room, an object, or a view.” His portrait and interior work was the subject of the highly regarded solo photographic exhibition, “Waiting,” held at Traffic Art Space. Presently, he is the Co-founder and Editorial Director of DV8 Magazine, a quarterly print publication launched 2015, dedicated to covering the upstate scene.

Michael resides in New York with his wife and three children.
